CUSTOMER INSTRUCTION BOOKS
Customer Instruction Books are those items sent out in the same box
as the device the customer is buying. They are supposed to help the customer with the operation
of whatever device he or she has purchased.
Often these instruction books are useless. They are printed in far too small a font,
they have been written by a company engineer who has worked on the product for years and has forgotten
that many of the puchasers are non-technical and would have a job changing the bag on a vacuum cleaner.
A whole new literary field has come into being : YouTubers trying to explain
technical devices which have been sold with incomprehensible instruction sheets.
We can asssist with complete re-writes but the cost would have to be by mutual agreement
and would be of the order of a few hundred GBP
